Women's Adornment

Some women like to dress up very beautiful, even sexy, and makeup their hair, then they cover themselves up and go to a party in which only women are present. Is this allowed?

A. If they like to do that, and they are careful not to be seen by strange men (ghayr mahram) with such adornment, and their travel to the party is not observed (i.e. their makeup and dresses are well-covered by outer garments), and no men are present at the party, even if they are uncovered that is permitted.
