Tips for Joining a Chat
IRC instructions to place on the Streaming + 1-room chat interface - these instructions are identical for both streaming chat pages:

With Microsoft Chat  or an IRC client:

• Start your chat client, and then set it to the server named chat.msn.com.
• Enter the chat name (#OSIG4) into the proper place in your chat client. (Look in your chat client's Help files for further instructions.)
